RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At The BEAD Lodge, we are proud to serve our local Grande Prairie community and customers across Canada. We carefully package every order to ensure your items arrive safely and ready for your next creative project.

 

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on:

  • Sundays

  • Statutory holidays

 

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and support.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

 
Estimated delivery times:

  • Alberta: 1–3 business days

  • Western Canada: 2–5 business days

  • Eastern Canada: 5–10 business days

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

 

Local Pickup (Grande Prairie)

We offer free local pickup at our store:

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.

 

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as:

  • Canada Post

  • Courier services (when applicable)

 

Carrier selection may vary depending on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

The BEAD Lodge is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

The BEAD Lodge is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged items

 

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
